纽约州基本计划(Essential Plan)是什么

该 Essential Plan由纽约州政府资助,为纽约州低收入居民(包括留学生、游客、永久居民甚至美国公民)提供免费医疗保险。而通过ISO申请该计划的注册程序比纽约州官方保险更简单。

Essential Plan的申请资格

若能加入该计划,您需要满足以下所有条件:

  • 有效签证持有者: F1、J1、M1、F2、J2、B1、B2 等。或永久居民或美国公民
  • 纽约州居民
  • 21-64 岁
  • 年收入低于 $37,650

Essential Plan 的保障

这款计划提供高度全面的医疗保障,其中包括:

  • $0自付额,因此该计划可以立即开始支付受保者的医疗费用
  • 全方位福利保障,包括牙科,眼科,住院和门诊医院护理等
  • 免费预防性医疗保健,如常规体检,接种疫苗等医疗服务

除上述服务外,受保者使用该计划定期看医生、看专科医生、急诊服务、实验室检测、处方药和心理健康治疗等。

目前,所有纽约市居民和大多数纽约州County, 包括New York (for Manhattan residents), Bronx, Kings, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester 均可选择该计划。
